大量摄取镁可抑制动脉硬化性疾病发病有学者报告饮用高镁地区水,其动脉硬化性疾病患病率下降和有动脉硬化性疾病者血清镁浓度低于健康人。大内等用新西兰兔给予高胆固醇饲料,造成实验性动脉硬化模型,再投予不同剂量的镁,研究镁对动脉硬化进展的影响。方法:把新西兰白兔分五组(4~5只/组),①组给予1%胆固醇饲料,②组给予1%胆固醇饲料同时加镁300mg,③组1%胆固醇饲料中加镁600mg,④组1%胆固醇饲料中加镁900mg。⑤组以普通饲料作对照。将这五组兔喂养10周后杀死,取出主动脉(从起始部至分支部),再将有动脉硬化部分进行染色算出此部分所占面积。结果:1%胆固醇饲料组的染色部分为40%,与对
