120例小儿脑部疾病采用 SPECT 脑显像阳性率87.5%,极显著高于脑 CT 阳性率38%(38/100)(P<0.005)。其中,癫痫 SPECT 阳性率87.5%(63/72),对癫痫病灶定位明显高于脑 CT 阳性率29.6%(16/54)(P<0.005)和 EEG 的病灶定位率33.8%(23/68)(P<0.005)。智能落后、脑梗塞、锥体外系统疾病及其它脑部疾病 SPECT 阳性率分别为92.3%(12/13)、83.3%(10/12)、100%(10/10)及76.9%(10/13)。提示 SPECT 对小儿癫痫、脑梗塞、Wilson's 病及扭转痉挛的病灶定位有重要价值,有利于评估智能落后的病情及预后,也有助于小儿脑梗塞的疗效观察。
The positive rate of SPECT brain imaging in 120 children with brain diseases was 87.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the brain CT (38%, 100%) (P <0.005). The positive rate of SPECT in seizures was 87.5% (63/72), and the positive rate of epilepsy was significantly higher than that of brain CT (29.6%, 16/54) (P <0.005). The focal localization rate of EEG was 33.8% (23/68) (P <0.005). The positive rates of SPECT in patients with mental retardation, cerebral infarction, extrapyramidal diseases and other brain diseases were 92.3% (12/13), 83.3% (10/12), 100% (10/10) and 76.9% (10/13) respectively ). Tip SPECT pediatric epilepsy, cerebral infarction, Wilson's disease and torsion spasm of the lesion has important value in positioning, is conducive to assess the intelligent prognosis of the disease and prognosis, but also contribute to the efficacy of cerebral infarction in children.
