目的 目前 ,国内外尚未见有关可溶性细胞间粘附分子 1 (sICAM 1 )放免法 (RIA)的报道 ,为此用本室研制的12 5Ⅰ sICAM 1RIA ,检测正常人和三种甲状腺疾病 (单纯性甲肿 ,Graves’病或Hashimoto’病 )患者血清sICAM 1水平。方法 用12 5 Ⅰ sICAM 1RIA ,检测 40 0例正常人以及 1 0 2 0例患有单纯性甲状腺肿、Graves’病或者Hashimoto’病患者血清sICAM 1水平。结果 正常组sICAM 1水平 ( x±s)为 :1 68 43± 3 6 2 3 μg/L。正常组与单纯性甲肿组间无显著性差别 (P >0 0 5) ,而自身免疫性甲状腺疾病 (Graves’病和Hashimoto’病 )均分别明显高于正常组或单纯性甲肿组 (P <0 0 5)。三种治疗均可降低Graves’病患者血清sICAM 1水平 (P <0 0 5)。药物治疗后甲状腺功能恢复正常的Graves’病组sICAM 1水平明显低于Graves’病停药复发组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 12 5 Ⅰ sICAM 1RIA可用于检测自身免疫性甲状腺疾病 ;血清sICAM 1水平可作为自身免疫性甲状腺疾病诊断的一个指标 ,及在评价Graves’病的疗效、停药或者复发等方面的一个指标。
Objectives Currently, there is no report on the release of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (sICAM 1) from domestic and foreign researchers. For this purpose, 125 Ⅰ sICAM 1 RIA developed in our laboratory was used to detect normal and three thyroid diseases Graves’ disease or Hashimoto’s disease). Methods Serum levels of sICAM 1 in 40 0 normal controls and 1002 patients with simple goiter, Graves ’disease or Hashimoto’ s disease were detected by 125I sICAM 1RIA. Results The normal group sICAM 1 level (x ± s): 1 68 43 ± 3 6 2 3 μg / L. There was no significant difference between the normal group and simple hypothyroidism group (P> 0.05), while the autoimmune thyroid disease (Graves’ disease and Hashimoto’s disease) were significantly higher than the normal group or simple hypothyroid group P <0 0 5). All the three treatments could reduce the level of sICAM 1 in Graves’ disease patients (P <0.05). The level of sICAM 1 in Graves ’patients with normal thyroid function after drug treatment was significantly lower than that in patients with Graves’ disease discontinuation (P <0.05). Conclusions 125 Ⅰ sICAM 1RIA can be used to detect autoimmune thyroid disease. Serum sICAM 1 level can be used as an index in the diagnosis of autoimmune thyroid disease and an index for evaluating the curative effect, withdrawal or relapse of Graves’ disease.
