目的:硝酮化合物是构筑许多具有生物活性的化合物及天然产物分子的重要结构单元,本研究将建立一种简洁的、绿色的、原子经济性的合成硝酮化合物的新途径。方法:采用醛和硝基芳基化合物作为反应物,锌粉作为还原剂,氯化铵作为路易斯酸的作用下,一锅法合成系列硝酮化合物。探讨了该反应溶剂、反应温度及时间对产品收率的影响,筛选出了最适宜的反应条件。结果:合成了一系列具有供电基、吸电基的芳基硝酮化合物以及脂肪族的硝酮化合物,结果表明,该方法具有较理想的底物普适性范围。
PURPOSE: Nitrone compounds are important building blocks for building many biologically active compounds and natural product molecules. This study will establish a new, simple, green, and atomically economical way to synthesize nitrones. Methods: A series of nitrone compounds were synthesized by one-pot method using aldehydes and nitroaryl compounds as reactants, zinc powder as reductant and ammonium chloride as Lewis acid. The effects of reaction solvent, reaction temperature and time on the yield of the product were discussed, and the most suitable reaction conditions were screened out. Results: A series of aryl nitrones with electron donor and electron acceptor groups and aliphatic nitrone compounds were synthesized. The results show that this method has an ideal range of substrate universality.
