提高护士素质主要靠学校教育。护士规范化教育的实践，是以社会主义医学道德规范为依据，以养成教育为手段，从日常生活行为抓起，进行职业道德教育。通过九年的教育实践，探索提高护士素质的培养模式，对提高护理教育中的德育的实效性，对市场经济中如何开展德育教育，做了有益的工作，也引发出新的思考。
Improving the quality of nurses depends mainly on school education. The practice of standardized education for nurses is based on the socialist medical ethics norms, and it is based on the means of fostering education. It starts with the behavior of daily life and conducts professional ethics education. Through nine years of educational practice, the exploration of training models for improving the quality of nurses has done a good job of raising the effectiveness of moral education in nursing education and how to carry out moral education in the market economy.
