人参露系指白参加工制成红参时经蒸气加热而得的冷凝液。全省人参加工产生的人参露数量惊人,过去当作废水弃之,近几年本着“变废为宝”的精神开始加以开发利用。近些年来,如利用人参露制成高级化妆品和高级饮料等人参制品已在国内外市场销售。但这些制品皆未经科学分析其化学成分,又无科学资料的依据,几乎盲目地进行生产。此项研究是为了在具有科学依据的基础上开发利用人参露制品,为国家创造更多的经济效益提供实验数据。
Ginseng Dew refers to the condensate obtained by steam heating when participating in a red ginseng process. The amount of ginseng dew produced by people throughout the province was amazing. In the past, it was abandoned as waste water. In the past few years, the spirit of “turning waste into treasure” has begun to be exploited. In recent years, ginseng products such as premium cosmetics and premium drinks made from ginseng have been sold at home and abroad. However, these products have been produced almost blindly without scientific analysis of their chemical composition and without scientific evidence. This research is to develop and utilize ginseng dew products on a scientific basis and provide experimental data for the country to create more economic benefits.
