采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,分析了三年生巨峰实生苗阶段发育过程中不同节位木质部的过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶和超氧物歧化酶同工酶谱带。结果表明:不同节位木质部的过氧化物酶同工酶的一条谱带,从茎基部到首次出现卷须的部位其活性增强,随后便消失。在休眠期,过氧化物酶同工酶不存在阶段发育的酶谱差异性;在生长期则随着葡萄蔓阶段发育程度的提高酶带数增多,活性增强。超氧物歧化酶同工酶,不论是休眠植株还是活跃生长的植株,其酶谱保持不变,但休眠期酶带多、活性高。过氧化物酶同工酶与多酚氧化酶同工酶酶谱类型一致。
Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to analyze the peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase and superoxide dismutase isozyme bands of different nodules in the three-year-old Jufeng seedling stage. The results showed that a band of peroxidase isoenzymes in xylem with different node increased its activity from the base of the stem to the first place where tendrils appeared, and then disappeared. In the dormant period, peroxidase isozymes did not exist in the stage of the development of zymogram differences; in the growth stage with the development of grape vine stage to increase the number of enzyme bands increased activity. Superoxide dismutase isoenzyme, whether dormant or active plant growth, the enzyme spectrum remains unchanged, but the dormant phase of the enzyme with high activity.
