一、关于“走进去”“走进去”是新疆出版人自己的提法,源于“关内关外”说法,意为走进内地省区。与之相关提法是“走下去”和“走出去”。“走下去”是出版物入乡入村入户,为“三农”和基层文化建设服务。“走出去”是出版走出国门,在国际上弘扬中华文化同时拓展国际市场。“走下去、走进去、走出去”是对新疆出版的总目标总要求。新疆出版“走进去”指两个方面:一是新疆出版的出版物走入内地,寻求更大的读者市场;二是新疆出版社融入全

About “Entering into” “Entering into” is the formulation of Xinjiang’s own publishers, which is derived from the saying that “Guan Neiguan outside” means entering into the interior provinces and autonomous regions.
