Background of the study Since the early 1970s, the establishment of foreign ferritin test method since the iron deficiency is divided into non-anemia and anemia. For further study, we should first determine the two types of hemoglobin demarcation index, that is, the lower limit of normal hemoglobin. METHODS: The experimental group consisted of 152 patients aged 6-7 years, 29 cases of Xining City in Qinghai Province, 24 cases of Guide County, 26 cases of Gonghe County, 40 cases of Guinan County and 33 cases of Maduo County. The control group consisted of Beijing 36 Name 6 to 7-year-old healthy children. Hemoglobin was detected by high-speed ferricyanide method, and erythrocytes were counted visually by eyepieces. The weight of red blood cells and the weight of erythrocytes were measured. The results of the three indicators of hemoglobin (hemoglobin, mean erythrocyte hemoglobin, mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration); three indicators of red blood cells (red blood cells, hematocrit, mean corpuscular volume); two indicators of red blood cell weight (red blood cell weight, Weight); two indicators of red cell free protoporphyrin (free protoporphyrin, mean erythrocyte protoporphyrin) experimental group compared with the control group were significantly different. Conclusion Different regions of children, the above 10 indicators of the measured values vary, and with the altitude increased the indicators have increased in varying degrees. The establishment of these 10 indicators of normal values of iron deficiency deficiency and altitude hypoxia research is of great significance.
