上海市民防地基勘察院为隶属于上海市民防办公室、上海市地下空间开发实业(集团)公司的综合性岩土工程单位,成立于1979年。现有员工百余人,高级工程师与注册岩土工程师12名、专业硕土8名以及一大批中、初级技术人员,技术力量雄厚;具有建设主管部门颁发的甲级岩土工程勘察和岩土工程资质、上海市二级地基与基础施工资质、上海市测绘丙级资质。已通过ISO9001:2000版质量管理体系认证。历年来,承担了上万个岩土工程勘察项目,涉及工业与民用建筑、市政、人防、港口船坞、道路、桥梁、管道、水利等领域,遍及上海及其邻省,其中代表性勘察项目有:上海民防大厦、上海音乐厅、莘奉金高速公路、上海古象大酒店、上海建德花园等。勘察项目数十项获建筑综合白玉兰奖、鲁班奖、优秀奖,普遍受到业主的赞扬。承接完成了600余项各类岩土工程施工、岩土工程设计、工程监测、桩基工程等项目,优质高效的技术手段,诚信务实的工作作风,热忱周到的服务态度,受到业主及监理单位的好评。
Shanghai Civil Defense Foundation Survey Institute was established in 1979 as a comprehensive geotechnical engineering unit affiliated to Shanghai Civil Defense Office and Shanghai Underground Space Development Industrial (Group) Company. Existing staff of more than 100 people, 12 senior engineers and registered geotechnical engineers, professional Shuo soil and a large number of eight, a junior technical staff, strong technical force; with the construction department issued a Class Geotechnical Investigation and Geotechnical Engineering qualification, Shanghai two foundation and foundation construction qualification, Shanghai mapping C grade qualification. Has passed ISO9001: 2000 version of the quality management system certification. Over the years, it has undertaken tens of thousands of geotechnical investigation projects covering fields such as industrial and civil buildings, municipal administration, civil air defense, port docks, roads, bridges, pipelines and water conservancy, all over Shanghai and its neighboring provinces. Among the representative survey items are : Shanghai Civil Defense Building, Shanghai Concert Hall, Xin Feng Jin Expressway, Shanghai Guxiang Hotel, Shanghai Jiande Garden. Dozens of survey projects won the Magnolia Award for Construction, Luban Award, and Excellence Award, which are generally praised by owners.
