ICTC自1992年举办首届以来,成功举办23届,已发展成为广电领域最具影响力的技术交流活动之一,对推动广电事业的发展起到了积极的作用。2016年是“十三五”规划的开局之年,本届ICTC秉承持续贯彻落实中央《关于推动传统媒体和新兴媒体融合发展的指导意见》的总体精神,围绕总局的重点工作、广电行业发展的热点问题、科技创新的最新趋势进行研讨。
Since its inception in 1992, ICTC has successfully held 23 sessions and has become one of the most influential technological exchange activities in the field of radio and television. It has played a positive role in promoting the development of radio and television programs. 2016 marks the first year of the “13th Five-Year Plan.” In keeping with the overall spirit of the Central Government’s “Guiding Opinion on Promoting the Integration Development of Traditional Media and Emerging Media”, the current ICTC focuses on the key tasks of the State Council, radio and television industry The hot issue of development and the latest trend of scientific and technological innovation.
