There are many factors that restrict the development of transnational business. Among them, the influence of culture and values on international competitiveness has drawn more and more attention from academia. This paper analyzes the issue again from the perspective of economics and tries to explore a new way of understanding, adapting, integrating and seeking common ground while reserving differences, so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the international competitiveness of transnational corporations
