发展永远是时代的主题,如何发展又是人类面临的首要问题,面对日益严重的环境危机和资源短缺,可持续发展就成为人类共同追求的目标。而企业是推动社会经济可持续发展的主体。企业要处于有利地位,科学地制定和有效地实施企业竞争战略提高核心能力获得可持续竞争优势就成为关键。而准确地分析评价企业竞争能力是科学制定企业竞争战略的先决条件,因而对企业可持续竞争力评价指标体系的构造是值得研究的新课题。本文结合知识经济的特征和可持续发展理论,提出了影响企业可持续竞争力的三大要素,探讨了三要素之间的因果关系,运用系统工程方法论,设计企业可持续竞争力评价指标体系。
Development is always the theme of the times. How to develop it is the primary issue facing mankind. In the face of the worsening environmental crisis and shortage of resources, sustainable development has become the common goal pursued by mankind. The enterprise is the main body to promote sustainable social and economic development. Enterprises should be in a good position to scientifically formulate and effectively implement the enterprise competitive strategy to improve core competencies to obtain sustainable competitive advantage has become the key. To accurately analyze and evaluate the competitiveness of enterprises is a prerequisite for scientifically formulating the competitive strategy of enterprises. Therefore, the construction of the evaluation index system of sustainable competitiveness of enterprises is a new topic worthy of study. Combining with the characteristics of knowledge economy and sustainable development theory, this paper puts forward three major factors that affect the sustainable competitiveness of enterprises, probes into the causal relationship between the three elements, and uses system engineering methodology to design the evaluation index system of sustainable competitiveness of enterprises.
