本文旨在通过梳理现代（大）企业成长中的组织特征及其变化过程，重新审识企业成长战略中的组织要素。本文提出，现代企业组织战略的本质是构筑一种“阵势”。这种“阵”的思维是一种战略思维，它较深刻地反映了当代企业成长过程中组织发展的动态复杂特征，有利于企业在日趋复杂动荡的成长中更好地把握组织战略的本质和方向，进而构筑灵活有效的实施框架

The purpose of this paper is to re-examine the organizational elements in the strategy of enterprise growth by combing the organizational characteristics and the changing process in the growth of modern (large) enterprises. This paper argues that the essence of modern enterprise strategy is to build a “battle.” This “matrix” thinking is a kind of strategic thinking, which reflects the dynamic complex characteristics of the organizational development in the process of the growth of contemporary enterprises, and helps the enterprises to better grasp the essence of the organizational strategy in the increasingly complex and turbulent growth.
