卢湾区以前在上海市的区际绿化竞赛中一向成绩平平,并没有什么特别之处。可近两年来随着卢湾区城市开发建设的飞速发展,以及中心商业区地位的确定,区内的绿化面貌也大为改观。令同行和市民们刮目相看,并且大有问鼎上海绿化状元之势。我们带着极大的兴趣采访了卢湾区分管城建和绿化的副区长沈骏。沈骏副区长给我的第一印象就是真年轻。乍一见好像一位儒雅的白面书生,深谈之中,才发觉自那儒雅之中透出一股英爽之气,说起话来,条理分明,干脆利落,绝无一点含糊。当论及对绿化的认识时,他的见识更让我由衷地产生了敬佩之感,也让我明白了卢湾区的绿化面貌何以近年来会有如许大的变化……。

When it comes to understanding greening, his insight gives me a genuine sense of admiration and makes me understand how the greening in Luwan District has changed so much in recent years ....
