我厂锻压车间职工在“鞍钢宪法”精神指引下,大搞技术革新,大搞综合利用,将原有三吨锤用的反射炉改筑成带余热锅炉的土煤气锻造加热炉。这种加热炉不冒黑烟,能充分利用余热,并能供给锤用蒸汽。经过将近一年半时间的使用证明,这种结构的炉子使用效果良好,节省燃料,也有利于提高锻件质量和生产率。一、加热炉的结构本加热炉由两部分组成:供三吨锤蒸汽的4吨快装式锅炉及加热炉本体(见图1)。
Under the guidance of the spirit of “Anshan Iron and Steel Constitution”, our staff of forging workshop devote major efforts to technological innovation and vigorously promote the comprehensive utilization. The original three-ton hammer reverberatory furnace was rebuilt into a soil gas forging furnace with waste heat boiler. This furnace is not black smoke, can make full use of waste heat, and can supply steam hammer. After nearly a year and a half of the use of proof that the structure of the furnace with good results, save fuel, but also help to improve forging quality and productivity. First, the structure of the furnace The furnace consists of two parts: for three tons of steam 4 tons of fast-mounted boilers and furnace body (see Figure 1).
