手动推拉式花生脱壳机由山东潍坊市农机所研制。每小时可脱花生25～40公斤,破碎率在4%以下,机重8公斤,售价23元/台。 6BH-200型手摇花生剥壳机由安徽宿县地区农机所研制。体积小,重量轻,结构简单紧凑,工效高,大小花生均能适用。一人操作,每小时可加工35～40公斤,剥壳率80～90%,破碎率5～7%,机重12公斤。 TH-340型花生脱壳机由山东粮油进出口公司研制。利用旋转滚筒与凹板之间的搓擦作用把花生壳剥离,是目前花生脱壳机破碎率较低的一种。该机结构简单,体积小,重量轻,生产效率高,配用1.5千瓦电机。
