本文主要采用冷冻蚀刻法和扫描电镜冷冻割断法,对家兔中毒性休克与呼吸窘迫综合症肺脏的细胞病理变化,进行了电镜对比观察。实验发现,呼吸窘迫综合症肺脏结构和细胞超微病理变化较中毒性休克明显。主要表现为微血栓形成,内皮细胞肿胀、变性,Ⅱ型细胞极层体排空等。作者对两者的基本超微病理变化,进行了对比分析。
In this paper, freezing and etching and scanning electron microscopy cryogenic cleavage method were used to observe the cytopathological changes in the lungs of toxic shock and respiratory distress syndrome in rabbits. The experiment found that respiratory structural changes and lung tissue ultrastructure changes in respiratory distress syndrome than toxic shock. Mainly for the formation of micro-thrombosis, endothelial cell swelling, degeneration, type II cell electrode layer and so on. The author conducted a comparative analysis of the basic ultrastructural pathological changes between the two.
