单克隆抗体(以下简称McAb)系指通过杂交瘤技术由单个B淋巴细胞系所产生的纯一性抗体,是1975年由Kohler和Milstein首先建立的技术。IgA肾病是指在肾小球系膜有广泛IgA沉着的原发性肾小球疾病,1969年Berger首先报告,所以又称Berger氏病。IgA肾病的诊断首先要靠肾活检,应用免疫荧光技术,从肾活检标本中检出IgA在系膜有显著的颗粒性沉淀,自从McAb技术应用以来,对IgA肾病的研究就进入了一个新的里程。
Monoclonal antibodies (hereinafter referred to as McAbs) refer to the pure antibodies produced by a single B lymphocyte line by the hybridoma technique and were first established by Kohler and Milstein in 1975. IgA nephropathy refers to a wide range of IgA-associated primary glomerular diseases in the glomerular mesangium. Berger was first reported in 1969 and is also known as Berger’s disease. The diagnosis of IgA nephropathy first depends on the renal biopsy, the application of immunofluorescence technology, from the renal biopsy specimens detected IgA in the mesangial significant particulate precipitation, since the application of McAb, IgA nephropathy research has entered a new mileage.
