丝虫病科学工作组非正式实验专题讨论会于1983年11月14日至19日在法国里尔巴斯德研究所举行。会议对单克隆抗体在丝虫病免疫诊断及抗原研究中的应用作了评价。议题主要为三个方面,(一)使用现有技术,如何最有效地检测体液中的丝虫抗原?(二)对目前已获得的单克隆抗体特异性的评价。(三)在分离出的抗原中,何种最有可能作为诊断试剂。还讨论了怎样更好地利用已建立的血清库及筹建抗原库等问题。
The Filau Sciences Scientific Working Group Informal Symposium was held at the Institut Lille Pasteur, France, from 14 to 19 November 1983. The meeting of monoclonal antibodies in the diagnosis of filariasis and antigens in the application of the evaluation. The topics are mainly three aspects: (1) how to detect the filarial antigen in bodily fluids most effectively using current technology? (B) To evaluate the specificity of the monoclonal antibodies that have been obtained so far. (C) of the isolated antigens, what is most likely as a diagnostic reagent. It also discussed how to make better use of the established serum pool and the establishment of antigen pools.
