企业要摆脱困境,渡过难关,需要广大职工树立信心,振奋精神,迎难而上。因此,我们开展了以国情、厂情为内容的形势教育,激发职工的奋进精神。一是教育职工体谅国家困难,克服“怨”字。面对严峻的经济形势,一些干部、职工有不少怨气,怨国家给企业照顾不多,怨外部经济环境不好,怨企业和职工得益不高。针对这些思想,我们向干部、职工交底、算帐。从1983年开始,国家每年对我厂让利1100万元,仅1988年我厂上缴利润就比1978年下降
