安全而有效的降体重计划不仅要关心减了多少体重?更要注意的是失去了什么组织成分?理想的结果应该是热量消耗来自体内贮存的甘油三脂,同时不耗掉去脂成份。波士顿大学72名男性志愿参加了我们的试验,他们年龄为26—52岁,没有严重的药物失调的影响,平均体脂为38%(高于理想体脂21%)。受试者被随机分为4组,4个饮食组的蛋白质、脂肪和糖类的比例都不同,但摄入的热量都受到限制,每日近似均值为800千卡。每组都有一部分人参加训练,另一部分人则不训练。详细情况见表1,表2。
Safe and effective weight-loss programs should not only care about how much weight is lost but also what tissue components are lost. Ideally the result should be caloric consumption of the triglycerides stored in the body without the consumption of fat-free ingredients. Seventy-two men at Boston University volunteered to participate in our trial. They were 26-52 years of age and had no serious medications. The average body fat was 38% (above the ideal body fat of 21%). Subjects were randomly assigned to four groups. Four diet groups had different ratios of protein, fat and carbohydrate, but caloric intake was limited with a daily average of 800 kcal. Some people in each group participate in the training, while others do not train. Details are shown in Table 1 and Table 2.
