新型农村合作医疗是有效解决农村地区因病致贫、因病返贫的有效途径。本文以湘潭地区为例,在剖析新农合制度实施过程中存在问题的基础上,探索解决途径。
New rural cooperative medical care is an effective way to effectively solve the problem of poverty in rural areas and poverty due to illness. Taking Xiangtan as an example, on the basis of analyzing the existing problems in the implementation of NCMS, we explore ways to solve them.
