在甘蓝型油菜黄籽双低隐性核不育两型系的选育中,采用逐步加入优良亲本,各世代都以F1植株与A株回交的复合回交设计方法,通过5年的综合选择,已育成黄籽频率达80%以上、芥酸含量小于1%、硫甙含量低于20μmol/g的两型系112AB及3231AB系列,且品质稳定,植株性状整齐度高,抗性好,丰产性强。所配组合绝大多数比对照油研七号增产,增产幅度为2.5%~33.3%,同时抗菌核病能力强于华杂三号和油研七号。
