目的评价宫颈电环切除术(LEEP)在诊治宫颈疾病中的临床价值。方法对宫颈细胞学检查、阴道镜检查、活检诊断为宫颈上皮内瘤变的104例患者行LEEP宫颈锥切治疗。切除组织送病理检查,观察手术时间、出血量、病人反应及术后修复情况。结果术中平均出血约6ml,平均手术时间7min左右。结论LEEP全面、准确地诊断治疗宫颈病变,且操作简单、安全,成功率高,手术时间短,治疗效果满意,是一种理想的诊断治疗手段。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of cervical electrocorticoid excision (LEEP) in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical diseases. Methods 104 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia diagnosed by cervical cytology, colposcopy and biopsy were treated with LEEP conization. Removal of tissue sent to pathological examination, observation of operation time, amount of bleeding, patient response and postoperative repair. Results The average intraoperative bleeding about 6ml, the average operation time of about 7min. Conclusion LEEP diagnosis and treatment of cervical lesions comprehensively and accurately, and the operation is simple, safe, high success rate, short operative time, the treatment effect is satisfactory, is an ideal diagnostic treatment.
