三年前我们提出“一带一路”倡议的时候,应该看到我们是经历了30多年的改革开放,经济发展取得了良好的成效,特别是我们中国现在经济也是第二大经济体,在过去七八年应对金融危机的过程当中,其实大家看到全球的经济政治格局发生了变化,不光中国崛起了,新兴经济体,一些发展中国家现在也群体性的崛起,全球的力量对比的结构发生了深刻的变化。因此从我们自身来看,我们中国有这个条件,可以开拓世界市场,是时候中国走向世界了。
