采用快速凝固技术制备了一种Al-Li-Mg-Zr合金粉末,粉末体经冷压——真空除气、热压——挤压——镦粗——二次挤压工艺成材。研究了这种合金粉末的特性以及成材后合金的晶粒组织和力学性能。结果表明:采用该技术制备的合金粉末的平均二次枝晶间距为0.6微米,冷速可达10~5~10~6K/秒;合金经适当的固溶、时效处理后具有较好的综合性能,其组织保持了快凝粉末的微晶结构。
Al-Li-Mg-Zr alloy powder was prepared by rapid solidification technology. The powder was degassed by vacuum pressure-vacuum degassing, hot-pressed-upset-upset-secondary pressed. The properties of the alloy powder and the grain structure and mechanical properties of the as-prepared alloy were investigated. The results show that the average secondary dendritic spacing of alloy powders prepared by this technique is 0.6 μm and the cooling rate can reach 10 ~ 5 ~ 10 ~ 6K / s. The alloy has good solid solution and aging treatment, Performance, its organization maintains the fast-setting powder microcrystalline structure.
