在含铜的金属陶瓷烧结过程中,发现了一种有趣的现象,即金属相向样品中部富集,此过程是由掺入Y_2O_3造成的。富集受烧结温度和时间的影响,金属的富集较大地增强了材料的电导率。
During the sintering of Cu-containing cermets, an interesting phenomenon was found, namely, the enrichment of the metal in the middle of the sample, which was caused by the incorporation of Y_2O_3. Enrichment is affected by the sintering temperature and time, and the metal enrichment greatly enhances the conductivity of the material.
