血吸虫病主要分布在发展中国家。在进行血防决策时,不但要考虑效果,还要重视资源分配。用有限的资源,取得最佳的防治效果。各项防治措施的成本问题是各种经济评价方法的基础。本文将用于某项措施的一切资源用货币形式反映出来,供决策者参考。 西昌市大兴乡和芦山县思延乡是卫生部设立的血吸虫病流行病学观察点,从1990～1994年已连续观测5年,现将点上各项防治措施的成本分析如下。
