本文报道了25例正常人,12例慢性阻塞性肺疾患(COPD)病人,65例肺心病病人的血浆心钠素浓度,并对其中12例急性加重期肺心病病人的血浆心钠素浓度进行了治疗前后的对比观察。其中COPD组较正常组的血浆心钠素增加34%;肺心病合并心衰Ⅲ°组心钠素浓度最高,为正常人的5倍以上;经治疗过的急性加重期的肺心病病人,血浆心钠素虽有明显回降,但仍然高于正常人水平。
