目的针对骨巨细胞瘤行囊内刮除骨水泥填充术治疗,观察术后肿瘤的复发状况及关节功能,评价治疗效果。方法对骨巨细胞瘤行囊内刮除骨水泥填充术,所有手术均由肿瘤组医师完成。结果49例患者中6例失访,据Campanacci分级Ⅱ期39例,Ш期4例,术后5例出现局部复发,复发率为11.6%。术后肢体功能评价分数平均为95%。统计分析肿瘤的复发、肢体功能好坏与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤生长部位、肿瘤分期无统计学意义。结论囊内刮除骨水泥填充治疗骨巨细胞瘤效果可靠,并发症少。
Objective To study the treatment of giant cell tumor of bone with curettage and curettage of bone cement and observe the relapse status and joint function of postoperative tumor and evaluate the therapeutic effect. Methods For giant cell tumor of bone, curettage and cementation of cement were performed. All the operations were performed by the oncologist. Results Of the 49 patients, 6 were lost to follow-up. According to the Campanacci classification, 39 were stage Ⅱ and 4 were stage Ⅲ. Local recurrence occurred in 5 patients after operation, with a recurrence rate of 11.6%. Postoperative limb function evaluation score averaged 95%. Statistical analysis of tumor recurrence, body function is good or bad and the patient’s age, gender, tumor growth sites, tumor stage was not statistically significant. Conclusion Intramedullary curettage of bone cement in the treatment of giant cell tumor with reliable results, fewer complications.
