目的分析全口义齿修复复诊的原因。方法收集43例全口义齿修复患者的复诊资料,原有旧义齿可利用的患者。将旧义齿作为个别托盘,取闭口式印模,按原有咬合关系上颌架。常规完成全口义齿制作。结果43例复诊病历中,因为义齿压痛而复诊约有24例,由于义齿固位不良6例,恶心6例,颌位关系不正确7例。结论全口义齿中模型的准确度以及组织的必要缓冲很重要,可以减少组织疼痛;其次,与患者良好的交流,了解患者的心理,也可降低全口义齿修复复诊率。
Objective To analyze the reason of complete denture restoration for complete denture. Methods 43 cases of complete denture were collected in the treatment of patients with referral information, the original available denture patients. The old denture as an individual tray, take the closed-mouth impression, according to the original occlusion of the maxilla frame. Routine complete denture production. Results Among the 43 cases of referral medical records, there were about 24 referrals due to tenderness of the denture. There were 6 cases with poor retention of the denture, 6 cases with nausea, and 7 cases with incorrect relationship between jaw positions. Conclusions The accuracy of the model and the necessary cushioning of the tissue in the complete denture are important to reduce the tissue pain. Secondly, good communication with the patients and understanding of the patients’ psychology can also reduce the referral rate of complete dentures.
