目的对陆路口岸及国际列车食品、饮用水主要卫生监督指标进行快速检测,提高卫生监督技术水平。方法分析研究陆路口岸及国际列车卫生监督工作的实际情况和特点,优化、整合、研发了包括食品/水质快速检测仪、细菌总数快速检测仪、胶体金检测仪、多参数视觉分析仪共4台仪器的卫生监督快速检测系统及信息管理系统,实现现场快速检测和结果上传同步完成。结果该系统包括30余个检测项目。单个项目平均检测时间小于15 min,检测结果与实验室检测结果符合率大于90%,并能实时分享。结论开发了便于携带、高效便捷、特异性高、灵敏度高的快速检测及信息同步系统,适用于口岸公共卫生监管。
Objective Rapid detection of major health surveillance indicators of food and drinking water at land crossings and international trains and improvement of the technical level of health supervision. Methods Analyze the actual situation and characteristics of land transport and international train sanitation supervision, and optimize, integrate and develop a total of 4 sets including rapid food / water quality detector, total bacteria rapid detector, colloidal gold detector and multi-parameter visual analyzer Instruments, rapid monitoring of health monitoring system and information management system to achieve rapid detection of the scene and the results of the synchronization is completed. Results The system includes more than 30 test items. The average test time of a single project is less than 15 min, and the coincidence rate between the test result and laboratory test result is more than 90%, which can be shared in real time. Conclusions A rapid detection and information synchronization system which is portable, efficient, convenient, specific and sensitive has been developed and is suitable for port public health supervision.
