实效快乐田径教学不仅能让大学生在参与过程中产生愉快的情感体验,并且有利于帮助他们养成锻炼习惯,提高体适能健康水平。文章主要运用问卷调查法、数理统计法与文献资料法,通过调查统计与分析,并针对所存在的问题,从坚持快乐教学理念、营造宽松和谐教学氛围、坚持大学生的主体地位、采用分层教学与分层评价等方面探讨了对策。
