一、前言过去用球墨铸铁铸造的大型铸件只限于形状比较简单或壁厚变化小的部件,日本石川岛播磨重工业公司东京铸锻厂与法国热机研究所协作铸造的PA6V型12缸柴油机机体是一种形状非常复杂、壁厚变化悬殊(15~100毫米)、毛坯重量为8200公斤的特大铸件。在铸造方案和浇铸材料的配制等方面采取了前所未有的慎重态度。经过反复研究浇铸的1~3号机体得到了比预想要好的结果(图1),可作为今后球墨铸铁复杂铸件的借鉴。
I. Preface In the past, large-scale castings made of ductile iron were limited to those with simple shapes or small wall thickness changes. The PA6V 12-cylinder diesel engine body cast by Tokyo Ishihara Plant of Ishikawajima Broadcasting & Milling Industries Co., The shape is very complex, the wall thickness changes disparity (15 ~ 100 mm), the rough weight of 8200 kg of extra large castings. Casting programs and casting materials in the preparation and so has taken an unprecedented cautious attitude. After repeated study of the casting of the body 1 to 3 to get better than expected results (Figure 1), can be used as a reference for the future of ductile iron complex castings.
