Welch医学图书馆在美国同类图书馆中排名前10,服务特色突出。本文介绍了它的基本情况、发展目标、组织管理结构、馆藏特点,以及4种特色服务活动。最后总结出3点启示,以期为我国图书馆的建设发展提供借鉴。
The Welch Medical Library ranks the top 10 in its kind in the United States with outstanding service characteristics. This article describes its basic situation, development goals, organizational management structure, collection characteristics, and four characteristics of service activities. Finally, it summarizes three enlightenments in order to provide reference for the construction and development of our country’s libraries.
