在水稻杂交育种中,通常采取去雄人工授粉的方法。包括逐花授粉、集粉涂抹和捻穗等方法.由于开花期(周口地区约在上午9点至11点半)与花粉生命力等条件的限制,去雄与人工授粉适期短,费工多而效率低,杂交结实率很不理想。笔者在进行水稻杂交授粉中,从提高工效与结实率出发,实行剪颖去雄和移株套袋自由授粉法,取得良好的效果.
