我国区域经济发展的不平衡和城乡差距造成了农村中学教师经济待遇不高和社会地位低,从而导致了严重的农村中学教师流失的问题。农村中学教师的流失问题己经成为制约当地教育发展的瓶颈,亟待解决。本文以马斯洛的需求理论为理论根据,通过研究教师流失所带来的影响,探讨解决教师流失的激励机制。
The imbalance of regional economic development and the disparity between urban and rural areas in our country have led to the fact that rural secondary school teachers are not well-paid and have a low social status, leading to the serious loss of rural middle school teachers. The drain problem of rural middle school teachers has become the bottleneck restricting the development of local education and it needs to be solved urgently. In this paper, Maslow’s theory of needs as a theoretical basis, by studying the impact of teacher loss, explores the incentive mechanism to solve the teacher’s loss.
