在新的“学分制”体系下，学生的思想教育和管理工作出现了新的情况、新的课题，抓好学生的党建厂作是一个良好的突破口，也是学生思想工作的“指南针”。入党启蒙教育要抓早抓好，激发其强烈的入党意识，强化服务和奉献的观念，端正其入党动机。要创造各种条件培养入党积极分子，加强对他们的督促和考察工作。要加重“思想进步”在成才教育中的份量，着实提高培养工作的政策含金量。要增强学生党员的“党员意识”，关键时刻能发挥战斗堡垒作用。加强党内外民主监督，促使党员从“他律”走向“自律”。
Under the new “credit system” system, new situations and new topics have emerged in ideological education and management of students. Grasping students ’party building as a factory is a good breakthrough and a “compass” for students’ ideological work. Enlightenment education should grasp the early grasping, to stimulate their strong sense of joining the party, strengthen the concept of service and dedication, correct their motivation to join the party. We must create various conditions for training party activists and step up their supervision and inspection work. To increase the “ideological progress” in the education of the weight, and really raise the gold content of the training policy. To enhance the “party members awareness” of student party members, the key moment can play the role of a stronghold of fighting. We will strengthen democratic supervision both inside and outside the party and encourage party members to move from “hereditary law” to “self-discipline.”
