玛丽和安娜同是作家多丽丝·莱辛小说中的女性人物,玛丽是莱辛处女作《野草在唱歌》中的女主人公,安娜则是莱辛代表作《金色笔记》中的女主人公。由于性格迥异和对待事物的不同态度导致她们俩有着完全不同的人生,玛丽性情冷漠,视野狭隘、偏执,对自己人生经验缺乏思考和整合,由一个对世界天真无知的人物演变成一个种族歧视环境中的暴君,导致其最终走向死亡。安娜热情而敏感,独立而有思想,善于思考人生,为了理想不断进取,最终通过自己对人生冷静的思考,实现了自我精神的整合,走向了全新的生活。两个女人,由于不同的生活取向而决定了各自的人生命运,一个走向死亡,一个则走向光明。
Mary and Anna are feminine figures in the novel Doris Lessing’s novel. Mary is the heroine of Lessing’s debut novel “Weeds in Singing.” Anna is the heroine in Lessing’s golden note.
