本文研究了对苯二甲酸(PTA)间歇式直接酯化法酯化阶段工艺条件对醚键或二甘醇(DEG)生成的影响。采用气相色谱法的测定结果表明:加料程序、原料配比、催化剂选用都对醚化副反应有明显的影响。本文探讨了降低酯化物中DEG 含量的途径,为中间试验生产高质量低醚聚酯切片筛选工艺条件提供了实验数据。
In this paper, we studied the effect of the process conditions of esterification of terephthalic acid (PTA) in batch esterification on the formation of ether bond or diethylene glycol (DEG). The results of gas chromatography showed that the feeding procedure, the ratio of raw materials and the selection of catalysts all had obvious influence on the etherification side reaction. In this paper, the way to reduce the content of DEG in esterified products was discussed, which provided experimental data for the screening of high quality and low-molecular-weight polyester chips in the intermediate test.
