随着现代科学技术和商品经济的发展与竞争,情报信息已成为强国富民的重要资源和宝贵财富,并正在日益发挥着越来越大的作用。因此,高等院校都开始重视对大学生进行情报意识的培养。国家教委〔84〕教育一字004号文件颁发后,全国已有多数院校相继开设了《文献检索与利用》课程。同时许多报刊杂志也不断发表文章论述培养人才情报意识的方法与途径,这对提高中华民族的文化素质和长远建设无疑是个重要的战略决策。但近几年来,我们只注重了培养学生的情报意识,却忽视了对教师情报意识的强化。众所周知,教师是办好学校、振兴教育的根本所
With the development and competition of modern science and technology and commodity economy, the intelligence information has become an important resource and precious asset for the countries that power the rich and the people, and is playing an increasingly larger and larger role. Therefore, colleges and universities are beginning to attach importance to the cultivation of college students intelligence awareness. After the State Educational Commission [84] Education Document No. 004 was issued, most of the institutions in the country have successively opened the course “Document Retrieval and Utilization”. At the same time, many newspapers and magazines have published articles and methods on how to cultivate the intelligence awareness of qualified personnel. This is undoubtedly an important strategic decision to enhance the cultural quality and long-term construction of the Chinese nation. However, in recent years, we have only focused on cultivating students ’intelligence awareness, but have neglected the enhancement of teachers’ intelligence awareness. As we all know, teachers are the best place to run schools and revitalize education
