前言:中国就业促进会组织编写的《聚焦2010中国就业》一书,已由中国劳动社会保障出版社正式出版,并面向全国公开发行。本刊上一期在《年鉴·2010》一文中对此书的主要内容、重要观点进行了简介和点评,收到了不少读者的关注和反馈。就好比结识一个新朋友,他来到了我们面前,坐下与我们交流,颇给我们一种一见如故之感;于是我们还想与他深谈,知其然,又知其所以然。如今,《聚焦2010中国就业》一书已经摆在我们面前,接下来我们不禁要问:这本书的编写初衷是什么?策划、组织和编写过程中考虑了哪些问题?期望达到什么样的效果?这也是读者所关心的问题。就此,本刊专门采访了中国就业促进会会长、也是本书的策划者和指导者——张小建,请他带着我们再认识一下《聚焦2010中国就业》这位新朋友。
Preface: The book “Focus on China's Employment in 2010” prepared by the China Association for the Promotion of Employment has been officially published by China Labor and Social Security Press and is open to the public. This issue of a period in the “Yearbook 2010” in a text on the book's main content, important point of view of the introduction and comment, received a lot of readers attention and feedback. Like to meet a new friend, he came to us and sat down to communicate with us, quite give us a sense of at a glance; so we would like to talk with him, know it, and know why. Today, the book “Focus on China's Employment in 2010” has been placed before us, and then we can not help but ask: What is the original intention of writing this book? Planning, organizing and writing process to consider what the problem is expected to achieve what kind of effect This is also the reader's concern. In this connection, we interviewed the president of China Council for the Promotion of Employment and Zhang Hongjian, the planner and director of this book, and invited him to meet with us to recognize the new friend of “Focus on China's Employment in 2010”.
