2011年12月21-22日,广东省教育厅在广州市番禺区召开全省落实中小学生每天一小时校园体育活动、开展体育艺术2+1项目现场工作会议暨冬季长跑仪式启动仪式,全省各地市教育局有关负责同志共约300人参加了本次会议。12月21日上午,全省学生阳光体育冬季长跑启动仪式在禺山高级中学举行,省教育厅李小鲁巡视员在启动仪式上发表了动员讲话,宣布广东省学生阳光体育冬季长跑活动正式启动。李小鲁巡视员在会上对全省学校体育艺术工作进行了总结和部署
