我们荆门石油化工总厂按照中国石化集团公司要求,积极在管理干部中推行岗位资格证书制度,不仅承担了集团公司生产调度处(科)长、企业监察处(科)长两个岗位的专业培训任务,而且厂内各类管理干部的岗位资格培训也开展得红红火火。在开展管理干部岗位资格培训过程中.我们结合实际,着眼实用,注重实效,对有效地开展企业管理干部岗位资格培训作了一些有益的探索。一、突破传统的教材模式,认真做好课程开发工作教材改革是教育培训教学改革的重要组成部分。我们在开展管理干部岗位资格培训的过程中,紧贴石化企业实际,大胆引进国际流行的 CBE 培训模式(以能力为中心的培训体系),以能力培养为主,以实务反求应知,保持知识与能力的平衡,注重培训内容的针对性、实用性,把开发实用有效的课程体系作为保证培训质量和效果的基础与前提。
In accordance with the requirements of China Petrochemical Corporation, Jingmen Petrochemical Plant actively implements the job qualification certificate system among management cadres. In carrying out the qualification training for management positions, we closely follow the actual situation of petrochemical enterprises and boldly introduce the internationally-popular CBE training mode (capability-centered training system). We mainly focus on capacity-building, practice-based negation and keep Knowledge and ability to balance, pay attention to the pertinence and practicability of training content, and develop practical and effective curriculum system as the basis and precondition to ensure the quality and effectiveness of training.
