急性胰腺炎在英国的死亡率仍达10%。Dundee对一组患者在起病5天内用静脉滴注鲜冻血浆(FFP)治疗后死亡率较低。本文报道少量鲜冻血浆治疗急性胰腺炎的多中心临床对照试验的结果。
Acute pancreatitis in the United Kingdom still up to 10% mortality rate. Dundee had a lower mortality rate in a group of patients treated with intravenous infusion of fresh frozen plasma (FFP) within 5 days of onset. This article reports the results of a multicenter clinical controlled trial of a small amount of fresh frozen plasma in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.
