《改革》积极倡导践行服务中央决策,率先表现为首发一系列与中央重大战略关联的高质量论文,或进行前瞻性、储备性研究,在中央重大战略尚未出台前研判取向;或进行对策性研究,就战略落地给出实操路径和举措。这些论文对应五大发展理念,围绕稳增长、促改革、调结构、惠民生、防风险,与中央全面深化改革领导小组会议的主要精神相吻合,体现出对中央重大战略的前瞻性和对应度。
“Reform” actively advocates the implementation of service-oriented central government decisions, takes the lead in presenting a series of high-quality dissertations starting with a series of major strategic links with the central government, or conducts forward-looking and reserve-based studies before judging from the introduction of a major central strategy; or conducting countermeasures Research, give practical strategies and measures on the strategic landing. These papers correspond to the five major development concepts and are consistent with the key spirit of steady leading, promoting reform, adjusting structure, benefiting people’s livelihood, and risk prevention and meeting with the Central Government’s leading group for an all-round deepening of reform. They reflect forward-looking and corresponding responses to major central strategies .
