目前,油田对服役井架类别划分的一刀切标准不够合理。服役井架承载力随已有缺陷的增加而降低的过程是渐变的,所以服役井架分类标准存在着模糊性。在讨论了服役塔形井架划分等级的模糊性后,研究了立柱弯曲度与弯曲数、螺栓孔胀大量、拉筋弯曲度、锈蚀率和钻机月等因素对各个评定等级的隶属函数及隶属度的确定。综合考虑井架、天车、底座和附件的状况,给出了确定服役塔形井架安全承载力的二级模糊综合评判公式。工程实际算例表明,文中所述方法合理可行。
At present, the one-size-fits-all criteria for the classification of service derricks in oilfields is not reasonable enough. As the bearing capacity of service derricks decreases gradually with the increase of existing defects, the classification standard of service derricks has ambiguity. After discussing the fuzziness of service derrick derrick division level, the membership function and membership degree of each grade of assessment are studied, such as the bending degree and bending number of column, the large amount of bolt hole bulge, the bending degree of derrick, the corrosion rate, OK. Considering the condition of derrick, crane, base and attachment, a two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation formula for determining the safety bearing capacity of service tower derrick is given. The actual engineering example shows that the method described in this article is reasonable and feasible.
