环糊精(Cyclodextrin,简称CD)是6个以上D-(+)-葡萄糖分子通过a→1.4连接而形成的聚合体.自从1988年Schurig等人成功地将改性CD用于拆分对映异构体以来,约有50多种衍生物CD被合成,并有多种商品柱问世,是目前最引人注目的色谱固定相和高效液相色谱(HPLC)、毛细管电泳(CE)的手性分离选择剂.鉴于含苯基的聚硅氧烷具有很好的分离性能,在CD分子中引入芳香环估计也会提高其选择作用.据文献[4]记载,全苯基CD的分离性能不理想,为了进一步研究苯环对CD主体分子分离效果的影响,本文合成了4种新的含苄基CD衍生物,初步研究结果发现产物具有良好的热稳定性、易成膜性,可用做中温毛细
