Since IgE is the main antibody that causes allergic reaction, the study on the formation and regulation of IgE has become an active and important subject of type I. The overview in this field has been systematically introduced in China. In recent years, Much substantive progress has been made in the field of this field, of which the Fc receptor (FcεR) -positive lymphocytes of IgE are of particular interest in the production and regulation of IgE antibodies. In this paper, A General Description of the Current Status of Fetal Cells FcεR It is now well known that some lymphocytes in mice, rats and humans carry IgE Fc receptors and that these lymphocytes form a uniquely functional subpopulation The ratio of subpopulations to total lymphocytes varies between species and individuals. Under normal circumstances, the mouse FcεR-positive lymphocytes (FcεR ~ + lymphocytes) account for about 25% of splenocytes and mesenteric lymph node cells (MLN cells) 4-5%.
